Our terms and conditions:
1. Eating and smoking in the vehicle is prohibited. The tenant is liable for any damage in this regard.

2. Should the lessor not be able to meet an agreed date due to technical breakdowns, force majeure, weather-related emergencies or legal requirements, the lessee (due to the uniqueness of the vehicle) has no claim to fulfillment of the contract. The landlord tries to get the tenant a replacement vehicle, whereby the price per hour can change by 20%. If this does not succeed, the tenant will receive the down payment back. Further recourse against the landlord is excluded.

3. The prices of the currently valid price list apply. Special tariffs are only valid if they have been confirmed in writing. When renting a deposit of at least 100 EUR is due. The deposit is to be paid in cash. The remainder of the expected rental price must be transferred one week before use, but must be paid in cash to the driver at the latest when the vehicle is used. The date is only binding once the deposit has been received.

4. If the renter withdraws before the contract has been fulfilled, the down payment will be offset as follows: Up to 3 months before the vehicle is used - 25% of the total gross rent; up to 1 month before vehicle use -50% of the total rent; up to one week before vehicle use -75% of the total rent. From the 6th day before vehicle use - 90% of the total rent.

5. Due to the size of the vehicle, the renter / driver has a special duty of care.
6. In extreme weather conditions - especially in winter - the driver can independently decide whether to start the journey or interrupt it if necessary. The transfer is then continued by a suitable vehicle.

7. The vehicle is insured against liability within the legal framework. Any damage to the tenant beyond this limit cannot be claimed from the landlord.

8. The place of jurisdiction and performance is Bergen auf Rügen.
